OUR LEARNING PATHWAYS

At Gaia Learning, we care most about understanding the needs of the children and helping them to develop academically and emotionally on their journey back into education.

Every learner is started on a pathway designed to reflect their readiness for learning. This ensures the right balance of academic challenge, structure, and emotional support. When the learner has their introductory session, we've read any prior notes and done our initial assessments, we share with you our thoughts on the most appropriate pathway and how that may work - everything is tracked within our Bloom platform so you can see progress 24/7.

Learners can move between pathways as their confidence, engagement, and capacity develop. We work with parents, Local Authorities (LAs), schools and a network of professionals to share successes and collaborate on learner improvement. This ensures that as learners make progress or their needs change, they can access different pathways where appropriate.
