Join Our Associate Educator Network
At Gaia Learning, we’re reimagining education for neurodivergent learners across the world. As part of our growing team of Associate Educators, you’ll deliver inspiring, inclusive online sessions that help every learner thrive — wherever they are.
As an Associate Educator, you’ll deliver live, engaging online sessions to young people in one-to-one settings. Each live session lasts 30 minutes, and you’ll be paid per hour — this covers your teaching time, planning, and write-up.
You’ll have access to the Gaia Curriculum, a unique and flexible resource designed for diverse learners. It includes core subjects, interest-based lesson plans, and project-based learning opportunities that spark curiosity and creativity. You'll also be expected to contribute to and design your own lesson plans and curate digital resources to support the learners.
At Gaia, our guiding value is simple — learner first. Every decision, every session, every plan starts with the individual needs of the learner at the centre. You’ll be willing to engage with families, liaising with parents and carers to ensure continuity, care, and progress whilst being fully supported by our SENCO and Head of Learning.
When you join Gaia Learning, you become part of a supportive, collaborative network of educators who share your passion for inclusive education.
We are looking for professionals who can support learners in Primary through to GCSE in a range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, History, Geography and Languages.
