About Gaia Learning

Gaia Learning is an innovative online education provider delivering flexible, inclusive, and high-quality learning experiences to students around the world. Our mission is to make personalised education accessible for every learner, especially those who thrive outside of traditional school settings.

We’re growing quickly and are looking for a creative, data-driven, and hands-on Marketing Manager to help shape and amplify our digital presence, generate high-quality leads, and nurture them through to enrolment.

The Role

As Gaia Learning’s Marketing Manager, you’ll own the entire marketing funnel — from awareness and lead generation to customer onboarding and retention. You’ll plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns that attract new families and showcase the value of Gaia Learning’s courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing funnel management: Design, implement, and optimise the full marketing funnel to attract, nurture, and convert leads.
  • Lead generation: Develop and execute content strategies (blogs, guides, social posts, newsletters, etc.) that drive awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Website management: Maintain and update website content, ensuring pages reflect current courses, initiatives, and brand messaging.
  • Course promotion: Collaborate with the team to market existing and new courses effectively to parents, learners, and partners.
  • Customer experience: Monitor and improve the customer journey from first contact to enrolment and beyond.
  • Social media oversight: Plan and oversee content across social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X), ensuring engagement and consistency of voice.
  • Ad campaigns: Manage and optimise digital ad spend across Meta and Google Ads, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results.
  • CRM management: Use HubSpot to manage marketing automation, lead nurturing workflows, and performance tracking.
  • Design & content creation: Use Canva to produce high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns and website updates.
  • Integrations: Support marketing automation by connecting tools and systems; experience with Zapier or integration tech is a strong bonus.
  • Analytics & reporting: Collect, analyse, and report on key marketing metrics from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad platforms to evaluate performance, track ROI, and support strategic decisions.
  • Brand & storytelling: Build brand trust through authentic, compelling storytelling that reflects Gaia Learning’s values and impact.

🌟 About You

You’re both strategic and hands-on — able to zoom out and plan, then dive in and deliver. You’re excited by the challenge of turning interest into enrolments and using creativity and analytics to drive measurable growth.

You’ll bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience in marketing management, ideally within education or a mission-driven SME
  • Proven experience managing the full marketing funnel and creating content for lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Canva, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and customer journey mapping
  • Experience managing websites (WordPress or similar CMS)
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, fast-moving team
  • Experience using Zapier or similar automation/integration tools is a bonus
  • Confidence in creating regular marketing performance reports and communicating insights to leadership

  • Flexible, remote-first working
  • Opportunity to make a real impact in inclusive education
  • Supportive, values-driven team culture
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Competitive part-time salary
