Working together with Charities & Organisations - changing lives together & delivering value

Organisations Delivering Social Value

Meet your social value commitments by funding specialist online learning for children who can’t access school full-time.

Across the UK, thousands of vulnerable children are unable to attend mainstream education due to medical needs, anxiety, exclusion, or complex SEND. Local authorities and schools are under increasing pressure to provide high-quality, flexible alternatives — and families are often left waiting.

Gaia Learning provides live, specialist online education for vulnerable and neurodiverse learners, helping children stay connected to learning when traditional settings can’t meet their needs.

What Gaia Learning Delivers

Our online provision is designed around the needs of learners who require a different approach. We deliver:

  • Specialist live online teaching and small-group learning
  • Consistent routines, relationships, and pastoral support
  • A structured, outcomes-led curriculum tailored to individual needs
  • A supportive bridge back into school where appropriate

Why This Works for Your Social Value Strategy

For organisations bidding on public sector contracts, education is a high-impact social value contribution that aligns to national priorities around inclusion, mental health, SEND and attendance.

By funding places with Gaia Learning, your organisation can:

  • Deliver direct, meaningful support to vulnerable children
  • Demonstrate measurable outcomes and real-world impact
  • Strengthen public sector bids with credible social value delivery
  • Align ESG and DEI commitments with a tangible programme
  • Support local communities in a way that is scalable and reportable

This is not a one-off donation. It’s outcomes-driven social value with a clear line of sight from investment to impact.

Charity Partnerships

We are proud to support the Sanjay Mortimer Foundation

This partnership is for neurodivergent children ages 11+ who have an active, keen interest in STEM to benefit from online learning funded by SMF and Gaia Learning.

The Sanjay Mortimer Foundation (SMF) is a charity established to find and assist those with neurodivergent minds to realise their potential through STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics).

Read more about the SMF on their website.

Kate, Founder and CEO of Gaia Learning and Teula, CEO of SMF met in January 2025 and instantly bonded over a shared goal to engage and empower neurodivergent young people.

Through shared values and collaboration, the two parties now support each other through enabling SMF to fund or co-fund young peoples education and share the experience of Gaia Learning with other families. Whereas Gaia Learning promote the work of SMF to their own audiences and run fundraising activities.

What's next?

If you believe your child is eligible to receive support from SMF and you are looking to work with Gaia Learning, please speak to the Gaia Learning team to understand required costs & commitment and then engage with SMF via their website. SMF will only be able to support any funding applications for educational support once a plan of action has been agreed with Gaia Learning.

Please note, funding is not guaranteed through SMF, if you are unsure of funding options please speak to Gaia Learning who may be able to advise pathways via schools or Local Authorities.

From September 2025

Gaia Learning can offer up to 8 children, 2 x 1:1 STEM interest based tuition sessions per week, free of charge through the SMF partnership - this is for a period of 6 weeks. Please apply on our website and speak to our team to explore this.
