In the quiet of our struggles, where silent tears have lain,
A garden grew from whispered dreams, Gaia was its name.
A sanctuary for the misunderstood, a beacon in the night,
A place where every lost soul could find their inner light.

Born from pain and puzzle pieces, from a journey deep and true,
Where labels were but whispers, and insight rang through.
A mother’s love, a teacher’s hope, intertwined and interwoven,
Creating space for minds that wander, for hearts that were once broken.

In classrooms built on empathy, where every child is seen,
Education moulds to fit the mind, not the other way around, serene.
Gaia’s arms, wide and welcoming, embrace each unique story,
Celebrating differences, in all their messy glory.

The rapid growth, a testament, to a need so deep, so vast,
A cry for understanding, echoing from the past.
A community of dreamers, of thinkers and of makers,
Building bridges, tearing walls, becoming path creators.

But in this growth, a balance, between mission and the need,
To sustain a vision, a movement, to plant a compassionate seed.
The business of education, of changing lives each day,
Holds the heart of Gaia steady, as it charts its unmarked way.

From trauma’s depths, a phoenix rises, wings spread wide and sure,
Gaia’s story, a beacon of hope, a testament to endure.
A reminder that our deepest wounds can be our greatest power,
That from our darkest moments, can grow our brightest flower.

So here’s to the path less travelled, to the rocky, winding road,
To the bravery of each child, to the stories yet untold.
Gaia stands as a lighthouse, for those lost in education's sea,
A symbol of what happens when we let learning truly be free.
