Family Refer & Reward Programme

We know that some of the best recommendations come from families who’ve experienced the Gaia difference first-hand. If you’ve seen your child thrive with us, why not share that opportunity with another family?

As a small business, we're trying hard to grow and support families around the world, but we need your help. So, if you share our story, your successes and showcase who we are by recommending us to another family, we'll give them savings and offer value to you too!

How does it work?

1. Existing Gaia Family Make a Referral

Recommend us to a friend or family and when they join Gaia Learning and stay for at least 6-weeks, we'll give you a £50 Amazon Voucher.

Or, if you don't fancy a voucher we can donate to your charity of choice or credit your account. It's up to you!

2. New Gaia Family Join Us

Simply tell us who referred you and once we've checked with them, you've joined Gaia and stayed with us for at least 6-weeks, we'll refund your registration fee (if you've paid personally) and give you a £50 Amazon voucher.

Gaia Learning Referral Scheme – Terms & Conditions


1. Eligibility

  • The referrer must be an existing or former Gaia Learning parent or guardian.
  • The referred friend must be a new family who has not previously registered with Gaia Learning.

2. Referral Process

  • To qualify for the referral reward: The referred family must have permission from the referring family and both parties but validate their knowledge of each other. The referred learner family must complete full registration and pay for their first term. The referred learner must start lessons within 30 days of registration.

3. Rewards

  • The referred family receives free registration, normally valued at £200.
  • The referrer and referred family receives a £50 Amazon gift voucher, issued by email within 14 days after the learner has completed 6-weeks at Gaia Learning.
  • Referral rewards are limited to one voucher per referred family, but a referrer can refer multiple families and receive a separate reward for each.

4. Limitations & Fair Use

  • The scheme is intended for genuine personal referrals only.
  • Gaia Learning reserves the right to cancel or withhold rewards if: The referral is deemed fraudulent or suspicious. The referred learner does not meet eligibility requirements including not starting classes. The referrer or referred party violates Gaia Learning’s code of conduct or policies.

5. Other Conditions

  • Rewards are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • Gaia Learning may withdraw or amend this scheme at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will be updated on our website and take immediate effect.
